Welcome to my Holiday Gift Guide!
This year I’ve broken down gift categories by receiver. Hopefully it will make shopping for your loved ones a little easier. Some links in this list are affiliate links. That means, should you choose to make a purchase, I may make a small commission. However, your cost ALWAYS remains the same. With some affiliates, you may even get a discount. That being said, most of these Holiday Gift Guide items can be found at many of your local stores.
Special Note: If you are running out of time, Amazon offers a great 2 day free shipping service on Prime products, for Prime members. Not a Prime member? Amazon is currently running a Prime Discounted Monthly Offering. If you click on “see other plans“, you can sign up for a FREE 30 day Amazon Prime trial.
Now on to my Holiday Gift Guide!
Artists and Crafters
There are so many great supplies out there for the artist/crafter in your life.
Hand lettering has taken the art world by storm, so you might want to consider the very versatile Tombow Dual Brush Markers. They come in small and large sets and can be used for drawing and coloring as well.
All artists and crafters go through drawing paper and sketch pads quickly. Strathmore Sketch Pads are my personal favorite. They come in a variety of sizes.
I also love Sakura Pigma Pens for pen and ink drawings, sketching, and even writing.
If you click on the Artists and Crafters heading above, you’ll also get a variety of ideas targeted specifically for artists and crafters.
Writers and Bloggers
Writers and bloggers need lots of paper to jot down notes and ideas. I personally love journals that I can stash away in a bag or purse. That way I always have something stylish on hand.
Bloggers, especially food bloggers, will love the book: Will Write for Food: The Complete Guide to Writing Cookbooks, Blogs, Memoir, Recipes, and More. It’s a great resource for those interested in blogging and writing.
Writer’s Market 2018: The Most Trusted Guide to Getting Published is also a great resource for freelance writers looking for writing tips and places to submit.
Book Lovers
The heading link above will take you to the current best sellers out there. However, some of my favorite books are The Keeper: The Unguarded Story of Tim Howard Young Readers’ Edition, Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success. Obviously these are very particular and personal choices. But they are definitely great reads.
Athletes and Youth Athletes
Have an athlete in your family? Basketball lovers will enjoy this Spalding NBA Slam Jam Over-The-Door Mini Basketball Hoop during the cooler Winter months. More practical gifts include Compression Socks (we have these and love them), and a Muscle Roller Stick (also necessary).
Tweens and Teens
Tweens and teens can be difficult at times. However, anyone and everyone can use an extra pair of earbuds. These wireless SoundPEATS Bluetooth Headphones are reasonably priced and have gotten great reviews. If you don’t want to give cash, Gift Cards are the next best thing.
Gamers
Most everyone knows a gamer. If you aren’t sure what platform they use, (Xbox, Wii, PlayStation, etc.) you can get them a cute gift like Choose Your Weapon Gaming Console T-Shirt, or “Game Over” 14 oz Black Ceramic Mug.
Foodies
I LOVE good food. So any food gift personally makes me happy. If you know a tea lover, Tea Forte makes amazing teas. Any type of chocolate is also a great go to gift. The Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi-Use Programmable Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Steamer, Sauté, Yogurt Maker and Warmer is also a HUGE hit these days. There are even blogs and social media accounts dedicated to Instant Pot recipes.
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes are huge right now. For a monthly or annual fee, you can get a box shipped to a loved one a single time OR once a season.
Women (myself included) love FabFitFun. This box includes numerous beauty, fashion, and health related products. You’ll get a $10 discount when you use the link here.
Causebox is also another great subscription box. Each box contains 6-8 hand-curated and socially conscious products. I’ve received beautiful jewelry, household items, and more. Each product is hand made and has a story behind it.
Foodies will love the latest meal prep boxes. You can opt for weekly or monthly delivery, with most, and can cancel anytime.
Home Chef is offering $30 off your first order.
HelloFresh is offering $40 off of your first order.
That wraps up this years Holiday Gift Guide. I hope you have found some great gift ideas, and that I’ve made your job a little easier. As always, thank you for any purchases made through the above affiliate links. Your support helps me to continue doing what I love. Happy Shopping and Happy Holidays!
